RTM
The RTM type packer is a general-purpose, mechanically-set, retrievable packer that combines features of both permanent and retrievable packers. The RTM packer design allows the packer to be run depth, set with minimal weight, then fully packed off with tubing tension. The packer can be run at much shallower depths than most compression-set, double-grip packers.
